Description

Fully Printable Motorized Rotating Display Stand

I've been having a blast experimenting with these little TT USB motors—they make 3D printing even more exciting!

 Today, I designed a rotating display stand that prints completely —no screws or bearings required!

 

This stand rotates at 4RPM and is perfect for showcasing your latest prints, collectibles, or small projects. The modular design lets you easily swap out the skirt for a fresh look, or even attach a magnetic build plate to customize it to your needs.

 

Assembly is fairly straightforward, Just put the motor into the idler housing, then attach the small gear. Insert the two large gears into the bottom of the rotating plate, and line everything up. Snap in the two idler fasteners, and then put the skirt on the bottom. You're done! (Grease on the teeth of all gears helps)
