Description

A solution to a problem, as all good maker experiences are. My latest external SSD holder/rack and my first model in Blender for 3D filament printing.  Included in the file are two versions, a 5-slot SSD holder and for those who like everything in one place, an 11-slot SSD holder. Designed for easy printing and frugal filament use. The uprights slide into the base grooves and click in, with what I think is a a fairly tight and satisfying tolerance. They are designed with flexibility of placement so that different sized SSDs can be added to the setup. The design allows for heat dissipation. I use 3M Command Strips or double sided tape keep the larger one from moving around.

Still learning the entire process and had issues with non-manifold edges in my original design and ended up using FormWare to fix it. This seems to have worked but I'm open to suggestions. I probably won't have time to do any modifications for a while.
