[Dummy 13] Captain v1 - Risk of Rain

Captain (v1) from Risk of Rain!
Made to fit at the original scale and so parts interchange with any other dummy 13, however Captain is a lot beefier and I'm making a v2 to represent that as well. (v2 is more accurate but required a lot more work to get right, and will be available on my Cults3D page.)
The body slides into the jacket and then arms can be inserted as usual.
The jacket works with regular PLA, though obviously it restricts some posability. TPU would be recommended.
