A1 2024 / Bowden Tube guide connector for Dryboxes

Bambu redesigned the spool holder screw in early 2025. This print DOES NOT work with that redesign.

If you have a 2025 spool holder, please use JayEss's remix instead.  

A Bowden Tube guide, designed to use the PTFE Tube Connector from the original A1 spool holder. I also tried to design it in a way that wouldn't interfere with most other A1 mods and add-ons.

How to get the PTFE Tube Connector

You can either buy one from bambu or use the one from the Spool holder: 

We want this part of the spool holder.

To remove it, you only have to undo this screw with the bigger hex key that came with your printer. 

Once it's off the spool, you have to hold the plastic tube part and keep unscrewing. 

Now, we only need the connector and the screw:

Simply stick the screw with the connector into this part of the Print:

Screw it in, it will take some force since you're cutting a new thread into the print. But don't worry, the print and the screw can take it. Don't screw it in too far or the guide won't be able to move on the ball joint.
