DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro - Multibin Insert

This insert houses your DJI camera in a 2x1x1-sized multibin/microbin shell. It is compatible with the DJI protective case and magnetic clip attached. The insert is oriented in portrait mode to allow access to the charging port, enabling charging while the device is stored.  Using it without the protective case is loose but still functions as intended.

Features:

• 3 SD Card Slots: 1x SD and 2x Micro-SD
• Optional Window Cutout: Enables visibility of charging status on screen
• Optional Raised Corners: Ensures a tighter fit inside the multibin, preventing rattling and sliding while inserting or removing the DJI device

Model Variants:
All are provided in one 3mf file

• Basic Model: No additional features
• Raised Corners Model: Includes raised corners for a tighter fit
• Window Model: Features a window cutout for charging status visibility
• Full Features Model: Includes both raised corners and window cutout

Installation Options:

For the most versatility, print the variant with both Window and Raised Corners. This will provide full functionality regardless of the multibin shell option you choose.

• Raised Corners: This variant is recommended for use in a multibin shell. It ensures a tighter fit between the insert and corner pins, holding it securely in place.
• Window Only: Perfect for use with a microbin shell. This variant is also held tightly in place with corner pins.

Printing Guidelines:

• Following standard multiboard printing guidelines for a sturdy print (3 walls, 0.2mm layer height)
• To save on filament, you may reduce wall count and infill, while still maintaining sufficient strength for practical use in my testing
• Ironing is enabled on the top surface for a nice finish
