Description

Custom-made storage box that doubles as a picture frame! Designed to fit Fujifilm Instax Mini polaroids, you can fit a polaroid on the front and back faces of the box! Storage box designed to fit 30 polaroids into its 30 slots. Use as storage or a decoration piece. No supports necessary. Only tested with PLA.

Box measures 2.5 in x 3 in x 3.75 in (WxDxH, base and lid).

Printed great! I did have to rotate in Bambu Slicer to get the seam placement in a corner. I noticed the slicer was changing the position of the seam once I selected my printer so just an FYI to anyone else to double check before printing.

I don't think it's a design problem, I think it's mostly just Bambu Studio being silly. For a beginner this is a really awesome model so great job!

thannk you sir for describing the seam issue, saved a bit of my filament as i stopped printing after seeing this comment. for anyone who (as I do) wondering how to do a straight seam line: "When drawing the start of the line, hold down the left click and press escape. Then open the paint tool again, click on the end point, and it'll be a straight line."

Version 1 on the left (before seam adjustment) and version 2 on the right after I readjusted the seam in Bambu Studio. They look good though. Used Bambu PLA Silk Silver.

I printed this with OVV3D PLA Filament 1.75mm, Silk PLA Dual Color 3D Printer Filament, Blue Red Coextrusion Filament. I am obsessed with how the dual color filament came out! Can't wait to put more instax photos in it.

I really liked the box There is a photo frame on the front it looks very cute The only drawback is that the lid doesn't hold well it wobbles Needs some kind of elastic band or something similar The quality of the model and print is excellent Printed on A1 mini filament Lider 3D Pla+ 120/65 degrees

The project is superbly made and optimized I really liked it you can organize photos and even add a "cover" to each box A suggestion: the lid's fit could be a bit deeper as sometimes the box opens
