Snap-On CT4F Testlight Thread Repair Insert

aww, did someone break his Snap-On lifetime warranty test light threads but the tool truck never shows up to honor his part of the deal?

thats ok buddy it happens to the best of 'em, but next time you might want to think twice about paying 60$ for what's essentially a glorified o-ring pick with a bulb and an alligator clamp…

in the mean time I designed this threaded slip on insert that should help you realise warranty is only valuable when you can't fix things yourself 

• Print @ 0.1mm profile, 100% infill, I used concentric pattern but feel free to switch it up.
• Using a Brim helps for buildplate adhesion and is easy to remove in my experience
• Set supports to touching buildplate only or you'll f*** the threads up  

MAKE SURE THE SPRING & BULB FIT THROUGH THE PRINT BEFORE STICKING

• Clean the area on the tester where threads used to be, stick on the housing with some clear epoxy and get back to work
