Description

I was having issues with my phone not staying charging in the wireless charging slot of my 2023 Silverado. After some research, I found that it could help if it was raised off the bottom of the slot just a bit. So I took some measurements and came up with this. This seemed to work the best based off the very scientific method of using my finger as a spacer and then measuring the offset.  I am able to get my phone to stay charging as fast wireless charging speeds nearly 100% of the time in my vehicle. Previously it was maybe 50% of the time.

The photos are my temporary prototype in PLA. I will eventually print this in PETG-CF which is what the .3mf is using. I also plan to use a 3D effect plate to add some pizzazz to it.

I have also included the raw .stl and .step files for those with a different phone/case (I have the Galaxy S25 Ultra with the Samsung Clear case at the moment). Below is a link to my onshape document:

Please feel free to offer suggestions in the comments as I plan to make revisions to this.

**DISCLAIMER**: These chargers seem to be finicky. Your mileage may vary (hence why I uploaded the step file with a variable for the offset).
