Description
The cormorant (Phalacrocorax carbo) is a large, black aquatic bird with a characteristically long neck and hooked bill. It is an accomplished diver and subsists primarily on fish, which it catches underwater. The cormorant is found in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia, inhabiting coastal regions as well as inland waters. In many countries, the cormorant is protected, as it plays a vital role in the ecological balance of aquatic environments.
The model was printed with PLA. Its supports are very slender, leaving minimal marks.
