Description

This is an electrostatic flocking dispenser specifically designed for synthetic grass. The device applies a fine, uniformly distributed flock onto the turf using an electrostatic process, ensuring that the flock adheres evenly and efficiently. A distinctive feature of this dispenser is its handle, which is ingeniously repurposed from a mosquito swatter. This not only provides a comfortable and practical grip but also adds a creative, upcycled touch to the overall design. The combination of advanced application technology with a resourceful choice of materials makes this tool both innovative and functionally effective.

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Using the shape of the locking ring as a template, cut out a circle from a small-mesh steel mosquito net;

  2. Solder a cable to the net, approximately 30 centimeters long;

  3. Secure the net to the lid using the small ring, applying a few drops of cyanoacrylate glue;

  4. Solder the two cables to the racket circuit.
