The adapter I created is then mounted on it.

The printing is done without support, under certain circumstances the hole for the adapter must be cleaned with a 2mm drill.

I used PLA for my personal adapter, but depending on your needs and where you will be using it, PETG, ABS, etc. are certainly options.
