NOZZLE WIPER V2.0

I designed this new nozzle cleaner for my P1S printer.
It prints in minutes, you will only need to buy a nozzle cleaner suitable for the A1 / A1 Mini printer, on the BAMBULAB website,

For printing, I recommend a heat resistant material, such as PETG or ASA.
Printing takes about 20 minutes and with less than 2 grams of material.

INSTALLATION:

1: Remove the screw that holds the old wiper, using the Allen key provided;
2: Use the same screw that you removed previously, and install the new wiper.
3: Cut the silicone of the A1 leaving 6 rows, and glue it on the wiper.

printed easily, but i cant try it, bcs threads for that holder was screw-d after one release xD

works well! occasionally the filament still stuck on the brush so had toclean a bit

I cant imagine where I messed up. Print came out very nice and install is straight forward. I have an X1C, no changes to G-code, stock print head and Nozzle and for some reason when it swipes it doesn't even touch this nozzle wiper. I used A1 six rows of nubs as instructed. The A1 material I ordered from Bambu so its not like I got out of spec wiper material. Basically I can easily mod it and bring the whiper up another 2mm but Im just a bit baffled that its happening to begin with seeing as so many good reviews?

a simple design that works. the bambu roller setup made a lot of noise like something was being broken. I even made a mold to form the silicone scrubber and added carbide Grit to the silicone to make it more abrasive and durable.
