Description
****I have added a replacement Bolt Holder STL and print profile, that can be printed in a flattened orientation, since the stability of the original one has been hit or miss due the orientation of the print lines when printing in place. I have had success printing it with and without supports on a Bambu A1. Just use a micro screw driver to pry the posts loose from the center of the hole and slide them into place with with the screw driver. The ¼-20 bolt will hold them in place in there holes.****
The clamp is based off the design of a Cheeseborough style clamp. I designed it all to be print in place.
You will need.
(1) ¼ - 20 x 2 ½" Bolt
(1) ¼ - 20 x 1" Bolt (Or 1 ½ Bolt)
(1) ¼ - 20 Teflon Nut (recommended or standard nut)
(1) ¼ - 20 Wing Nut (recommended or standard)
You can damage the end of the threads on the bolt that locks the clamp, so the wing nut does not fall off.
