100% Printable durable Train Math learning 1...n

Some time ago I designed a math train for my kids to get a little into math while playing with this toy.

The train is very robust (It is still working after over a year now) and you can print the figures with letters from 1-10.

Also you can use the train to put things into it and simply have fun!

I spent some time in redesigning the wheels so they are no longer a pressfit. It is a simple click in place System with a bearing and a wheel.

If your wheels don't spin freely adjust your settings, cut off a seam (if  visible) or add a little lubricant like parrafin (candles wax). 

I printed all parts in PLA, 0,2 mm layer height, 25% Infill, Arachne perimeter Generator.

If you want to go for extra security and very young kids you can add a very small drop of glue to the axis, holding the wheels so they don't come off.

Scaling
If you want the toy bigger just scale it :) Since you need no hardware this is totally possible. Scale all parts the same size.
