You basically just put a stick in it and rotate down and it will break it. Is that what you were wondering?

Ah yes, I guessed that maybe breaking a stick was it's purpose, but wasn't sure if there was some other device the idea was based off of that does something similar.

end very tight to get out once put them on. great keep everything inside dry but probably need a pair pliers to pull caps off
