Zonestar Z9 HeroMe Endstop Spacer

Summary

This was my first ever upload to Thingiverse, so if you have any tipps and tricks or suggestions just leave me a comment.

When modding my Zonestar Z9v5 Pro with a new E3Dv6 Style Hotend and a HeroMe Gen7 Printhead with my own build Gantry Adapter (see my other Uploads) i found, that the Z Endstops dont fit anymore because of the Nozzle hanging much lower then before.

So i had to raise the pushing Screws for the endstops by around 20mm and this is what this model is for.

Print it and just put it over the screws on the bed frame. You will have to turn the screws out a bit so it fits. See my pictures to see how i have set this up.

Notes: 
 

No infill is needed if printed with 3 perimeters, the part will still be strong enough and print much faster. Choose 4 or 5 top layers if your printer has any bridging problems.
