This 3D-printable TPU barrel protector is designed to fit snugly onto the muzzle of a Glock 17, keeping debris out of the barrel while not in use and preventing some scratches and dings on the front of the slide.

A key safety feature of this design is the integrated push-bar, which allows for easy removal without placing your fingers or hands in front of the barrel. Simply push forward on the end of the plug’s push-bar, and the protector will pop off. To reinstall, hold the plug with your dominant hand and push the Glock into the plug—this securely inserts it into the barrel without any risk of injury.

Made from flexible yet durable TPU, this protector is perfect for storage, transport, or range use, ensuring added protection and ease of handling for your Glock 17.

Printing Recommendations

• Layer Height: 0.28mm (Extra Draft) – The print may appear rough, but you can fine-tune settings if needed. This design prioritizes function over aesthetics.

   

• Material: TPU recommended – PLA could cause additional wear on your barrel, while TPU offers flexibility and is more forgiving with tolerances. TPU also ensures a snug yet safe fit without excessive friction.
