One-Piece Hinged File Box with Secure Click Mechanism

This file box is designed as a single-piece print, making assembly completely hassle-free! It features integrated hinges, allowing smooth opening and closing after an initial break-in period. Simply move the hinges back and forth a few times to ensure fluid motion.

For added security, the box includes a built-in click mechanism, keeping the lid firmly closed while still being easy to reopen when needed.

Dimensions:

• Interior length: 185mm
• Interior height: 18mm
• Wall thickness: 1.6mm
• Interior width: 59mm – optimal for holding up to 6 files, 3 on each side
• Spacer distance: 4.8mm – The integrated rods in the center of the box provide individual slots for each file, ensuring they remain separated and stable during storage.

To close the box, simply press on both sides until you hear a click sound on each side, as shown in the GIF:

To open the box, pull upwards once on the left side and once on the right side to slightly loosen it. Then, fully open the box, as shown in the GIF. It will either open right away, or you may need to pull once more in the middle:
