Following a suggestion from a fellow aviation enthusiast, I've revised the default orientation and re-uploaded the model

2025-2-8

=======================

This design originated from a comment https://makerworld.com.cn/zh/models/246455, where someone inquired about utilizing the unique mounting screw holes of the new A1

I'm currently using a top-mounted AMS (requiring removal of the AMS lite motherboard), and experienced intermittent AMS lite flashing red lights, suspecting motherboard overheating—a simple replugging of the 4-pin connector restores the white lights. However, this wasn't ideal, so I sought alternative, non-destructive top-mounting solutions

Inspired by the comment, I tested a fixed bracket to circumvent printing the base. Using a new A1 and a different drawer base, I couldn't utilize Happy飞机's original base-inclusive design without modifying the original model blueprints

The process was quite smooth; after a single iteration, the auxiliary component was successfully installed and tested! The entire assembly requires

10-14 M3 screws of varying lengths, approximately 14mm and 20mm, four more than the original design using the existing transport holes

I'm sharing this with fellow users facing similar situations who are seeking a suitable top-mounted AMS LITE solution

Simply print the two model parts from this link, and from Happy飞机's design, AMS lite A1-V2 (STP) 顶部支架 来自 Happy飞机 - MakerWorld, print the first and second plates as shown in the image

I've slightly modified the second plate in the image, but using the original file for printing won't affect the assembly; I'm using the latch for other accessories
