Description

Heart Shaped wine bottle holder.     Holds a standard sized wine bottle, and it balances perfectly for a gentle rocking motion.    Such  a fun way to add the final touches to your Valentine's Day.

Great gift idea for the special day.

I'd recommend the top two profiles in the profile list for this model, as no supports are required.

I did remove a model that required supports, that was causes some support removal issue.  (so sorry for any one that ran into problems, but I greatly appreciate those that spoke up.  I want my models as perfect as possible.)

Please note:  My model testing was done using Bambu's Matte PLA filament.   Use of different manufactures filament may make the support removal difficult, as reported by users that are using non-Bambu filaments.   I'd recommend printing the versions of this model that are “backless”.  These models do not require supports, if you do not have access to Bambu's Matte PLA filament.

I have uploaded a 2nd model variation with an open back for a quicker print.  This reduced the need for supports, drops the time from 4 hours to about 2.   (I'd print the open back model…!  )  Both are very nice.

Im having an issue.... In what position should I print the file because in regular position it leaves a line mark. It look likes a speed change mark. on the printed item you can see that line

I printed the model in the same way that you're showing. I can see the mark in the rendering in Bambu Studio. Have you been able to find a solution? Possibly enable variable layer height? I'm going to give that a try... Thank you so much for bringing this up.

On review, the adaptive layer height that I've enabled, may be accentuating the line that you've mentioned. In the "prepare" screen, select the variable layer height option, and press the "smooth" feature a few times. This may help.

I'm so sorry to see this. It worked well during my test prints. Tree supports?

It was tree supports, I used your profile. I was able to reprint with more walls, infill, and increased layer height to pull supports off fine. I am not the only one that has reported this problem now looking at the comments more. Used anycubic bright red PLA.

Interesting. I did a quick "google" search asking about support removal and filament types. This was the answer: "When comparing Anycubic and Bambu filaments for ease of support removal, Bambu filament generally has a slight edge due to its often better layer adhesion and smoother surface finish, making support removal cleaner and less prone to leaving residue on the printed part; however, the specific quality of support removal can also depend on the individual filament types within...."

An excellent model that prints very well I simply modified it to add a date The entire lettering was created separately then glued and painted as I lacked the correct filament color only two days before the event No problems encountered
