Hello everyone

My latest project is a capsule filler, quite similar to commercially available models. It's a useful tool for filling up to 64 capsules with powders.

I created this project for a friend, we tested it, and it works!

This is the product sold on the well-known e-commerce site that inspired me:

The project is rather demanding, requiring approximately 350 grams of filament and several hours, but it's ultimately cheaper to print…and far more rewarding! :-)

To build it, you will need 4 M3 screws with corresponding 30mm bolts and 4 springs, readily available at any DIY store.

The first step is to assemble the base until you achieve this result:

Subsequently, the capsules and the corresponding powder can be inserted.

The second step involves inserting the second capsule into the second support until you obtain this result:

Finally, you will need to superimpose the second piece onto the one where you loaded the powder and apply pressure:

And you're done!

I'm including this YouTube video demonstrating the use of a similar product: ALL-IN Capsule

NOTE: To complete the project, you must download and print both print profiles.

Ciao and happy printing!
