Description
Hey MakerWorld! š
I came across this awesome Rotating Heart Yarn Spinner and loved the design, but one thing didnāt sit right with meāthe way extra weight was supposed to be added. The original model had three holes where you were meant to glue extra mass, but glue? Nah, I wanted something more practical and reusable!
š§ What I changed:
ā
Turned the weight holes into threaded openings.
ā
Designed screw caps so you can easily add or remove extra mass.
ā
No glue neededājust unscrew, adjust, and go!
With this tweak, I went from a 45g base to 90g by adding six 1-cent coins and two screw caps per hole. The result? More stability, better balance, and a smoother spinning experience! šÆ
