The model is really well made and prints nicely. 👍
One small suggestion: the chosen Grid infill isn’t the best fit here. Using Gyroid with a lower percentage would save material while keeping strength.

Overall, a great model – thanks for sharing!

This custom profile is tuned for Kingroon Black ABS on a Bambu Lab A1 — a printer not officially designed for ABS. The printer is unenclosed, but placed in a low-airflow area with passive shielding (e.g. a chair behind it). Room ventilation was maintained (open window), without direct airflow to the printer.This profile is designed to minimize temperature fluctuations, with no cooling fan enabled, making it potentially unsuitable for enclosed or high-heat setups.Key settings:<ul><li>0.28mm layer height, 0.4mm nozzle</li><li>3 walls, 5% gyroid infill</li><li>Fuzzy skin to help conceal layer shift or warping artifacts</li><li>Extended brim for better adhesion</li><li>Printed on textured PEI plate, cleaned with IPA</li></ul>This was the only model that matched my gym-ball, and I wanted to share the tuned ABS profile for others struggling to get successful ABS prints on the A1.  ✅ Photos of the printer setup and printed part (with and without brim) are attached. 📦 Filament and print profiles are included in the .3mf file.⚠️ Caution: ABS produces fumes – ventilate your room well while keeping drafts away from the print.
