Spengler Neutrona wall Fruit bar graph frame v2

v2 of the Frutto (and GPStar) 28 segment bargraph wand frame. 

This is to be used when fitting the Frutto / GPStar 28 segment bargraph to your Hasbro Spengler / 84 Neutrona wand. This replaces the complete clear part in your wand and makes fitting the brilliant bargraph mod about 10x easier, as no random cutting to do!

This set of files comes with everything you need to replace the existing clear plastic part. 

For v2, I've completely redesigned the light caps / covers / diffusers / light hats for this version, to make them more like actual light covers used on the props and to make them brighter. 

To do that, I've shelled out the designs to make the walls thinner, I've also increased the size of the holes on the main wand internals. 

To make them look more like an actual cliplight, I also added a repeated tubular pattern with inside the light hats. As a result, they glow much brighter now and overall look much better and more realistic.

Printing

For the main internal part, black is the colour to use, either PLA (as long as no extreme temperatures planned) or PETG. 

For the clear parts, translucent PETG or PLA is needed. I'd personally recommend a translucent red for the smaller of the light caps, as that gives you the '84 look, but not essential, as it will still glow red, due to the red LED bulb inside the wand. 

The main part can be printed on any plate, smooth or supertack for the clear parts. 

Some supports are used, so please remove anything from the screw and light cap holes before trying to assemble. Some small precision pliers are recommended. 

Please take care removing the support on the main internals, where the bargraph lip is, as this part is particularly delicate. 

Assembly

The light caps are push fit, but they are a tight fit, so please take your time, check if any excess filament needs trimming and push them in. The smaller one is the slo-blo and the other is the vent light hat, this is how it should look assembled.
