A continuously meshed three-speed gearbox model, which can be applied in vehicle models or serve as a decorative piece
1. To ensure strength, all parts are printed using PETG with 100% infill. The model's part clearance is designed based on PETG's sinkage rate. If other materials are used, please modify the assembly clearance yourself according to the material's sinkage rate
2. To achieve perfect operation, you can apply some grease. If you have any questions, please comment directly
This is my 3-speed gearbox model, which took me weeks of effort and debugging. To achieve smooth shifting, the structure was continuously optimized, 12 sets of gears were printed for testing to troubleshoot abnormal noises, finally achieving stable operation. There is still room for optimization. I also ask for likes and shares, and I will update the optimized drawings later (Please boost me!! Your boost is my motivation to update( •̀ ω •́ )✧
**Update
Optimized the assembly clearance between gears for smoother operation. The four fixed shafts can now be replaced with printed parts (fixed with M3*4 self-tapping screws)
