Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W(H) Snap-Fit Case
This case is designed to protect and showcase your Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W(H) with minimal fuss. It offers several variants for different header setups, optional screw holes, and a dedicated heat sink opening—making it easy to customize to your needs.
Printing Recommendations
- Material: PLA (or similar) for easy, reliable prints
- Layer Height: 0.16 mm (optimal template)
- Supports: Not required for the case itself; only the wall mount’s magnet holes need support
- Variants:
- Header Holes: If you have a Pi Zero 2 WH (pre-soldered header), you likely don’t need the lower header hole. Otherwise, use the version that includes the hole for extra clearance
- Heat Sink Opening: Choose the variant that best fits your cooling setup
- Screw Holes: The design supports 2 mm x 6 mm screws if you prefer a more secure fit

- Wall Mount / Magnetic Mount: The included mount lets you either screw it onto a surface or press-fit magnets into the designated holes. Only the magnet holes require supports.
