Like all V2 models, it is based on a modular system where design elements are securely pressed into the bracelet.
Key Features:
✔ Modular System: Design elements are securely inserted into the bracelet without adhesive, ensuring a firm fit.
✔ Intricate Chieftain Design: An artfully crafted symbol of strength, wisdom, and tradition.
✔ Customizable Sizes: The bracelet is available in various lengths and can be extended with a 1 cm adapter.
✔ Press-Fit System: The specialized press tool ensures clean and secure placement of design elements into the bracelet.
Assembly Instructions:
1️⃣ Preparation:
- Position the design element with one side into the designated opening of the bracelet.
- Ensure even alignment.
2️⃣ Pre-Pressing with Fingers:
- Gently press the opposite corners of the element into the bracelet using your fingers.
- The goal is to lightly engage it, not fully press it in.
3️⃣ Pressing with the Tool:
- Once the design element is pre-fixed, use the press tool to fully insert it into the bracelet.
Tip: Apply masking tape to the underside of the press tool for a softer surface to prevent design damage.
Printing Instructions:
- Nozzle Size:
- This model prints flawlessly with a 0.4 mm nozzle.
- For exceptional detail, a 0.2 mm nozzle is recommended.
- Print Bed:
- Bracelet: Depending on the design, use either a carbon print plate or a holographic PEI plate for a unique aesthetic.
- Design Elements: A smooth PEI print plate (e.g., holographic) is recommended for a smooth, lustrous surface and elegant reflections.
