Artificer from Risk of Rain 2!
Original Forearms replaced by her custom ones.
The booster pack on her back glues into the holes, the flames should slide in and be friction fit as long as your tolerances are fine. (no over-extrusion issues).
The “dress” part simply goes between her waist and her abdomen, has a hole in the back for the stand adapter.
