Description

Customizable Adapter to connect Rockler's Dust Right Click-Connect dust hose. By default, it fits the M18 Track Saw

You can customize it for your tool's dust port by updating the "tool_port_OD" parameter in the F3D file (as shown in the screenshot)

Background: My M18 Track Saw was in desperate need of some proper dust collection but I didn't have any adapters that fit well with my Rockler Dust Right Click-Connect hose. This design locks easily with the male click-connect adapter and I spent extra time to ensure it has a smooth path from tool to hose.

I'd recommend printing using the 3MF file, but if you can't you should use the following tips:

Print in PETG
Use 4 wall loops for increased strength
Use supports (Tree or Standard)
- Tree is easier to remove, but leaves a slightly worse finish

Printed in Elegoo Rapid PETG with the recomended 4 walls, 80% gyroid infill, tree supports with .17 top offset. The support came out cleanly and the fit of the dust hose into the port is amazing. Just as good as the Rockler adapters but not rediculously overpriced. The inclusion of the Fusion file here is amazing. Great design.
