Horizon Zero Dawn - Aloy's Bow - Remix for smaller printer

As Per Original Model shared by pyrohmstr(on thingiverse):

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

These are the files to make a full-sized bow from the Horizon: Zero Dawn video game. These are just the files for the 3d printed mechanical parts of the bow - I expect a great deal of finishing work and other materials would be necessary to make the bow look like it was from the game. This should get you most of the way there.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have included different versions of the same parts, [Version 2 - V2] are smaller split parts which printed on my 235mm x 235mm sized bed printer. See pictures of the comparisons of parts.

Photos show the 100% scaled model assembled.
Still to complete, the decoration, these are just a base paint coats, but could give you idea of what colours to print components for minimal painting.

I have added the cylindrical pins for the joints for all of the model parts, and various join connector parts where parts were split from the original. Other pins are available in another remix thingiverse shares.

If you have a big printer with 400mmx400mm bed, then print the original big parts.
If you have a smaller printer (like me) try the version 2 split parts.

I have included the mirrored parts (not all were provided in the original shared models), so all parts to print are included, some of the parts may need to be printed more than once, these will have a "x2" or "x4" at the end of the file name to indicate copies of the print are required.

*** You do not need all the files, choose the version that best fits the size of your printer.

OPTIONAL: I added 4x round caps for the 4 cylinder parts, which I thought looked more like a particular image I saw from the game. These are the large Bronze coloured round parts in my photos, and are optional, I wanted a round finish on the cylinder parts, to look less 3D Printed, and so added these. They will need a small screw in the centre if you want them to rotate and move like mine do.

This is a moving articulated model, the original designer has been brilliantly engineered by "pyrohmstr"(Thingiverse) , and things work great.
I found the Spring Part (Blue in my model) needed to be printed in PETG for Strength, the rest is an easy print in PLA.

I used an Epoxy Steel "glue" to stick the parts together, painful process, but hopefully strong.
