Description

Here is the toy version for an easy fun print!

This model is for if you think the PrintyPlane looks cute but don't want to hassle with the difficult print. The PrintyPlane is a torture and calibration test that is very difficult, this model has removed the difficult features and made the overhangs and bridge sections less intense.

The .step files have been included so you can modify and add whatever you like, HAVE FUN!

Printed well! Landing gear were a little harder to extend than the original. Wheels and propeller spin freely.

Great print over all it also printed great but there was a problem with the landing here just kept squeaking and squeaking, but overall all good print

I've been cursing this model lately as it kept failing on the propeller, no matter how much of a brim.... Then I had a request to print one out of a different color than what I normally use... it printed beautiful.... Turns out the problem was the FILAMENT I was using... I was using LikeSilk PLA-F, and I normally really like this filament, its a PLA/ABS blend, so its got slightly better impact resistance, and imparts a velvety soft texture to prints... well... turns out its quite a bit softer than normal PLA, and that was what was causing the print to fail... so, back to turning out beautiful EZ Printy Planes that the kids just love. If you're having trouble with the propeller section... try using different filament... I've had excellent results with Bambu and eSun PLA Basic.
