Description
The most common sizes of SAE imperial (inches) washers in “kit-plates” or “individual”. Both options included.
No custom measurements, pick you size and print. This file includes all the SAE imperial sizes from us#8 up to the larger 1 inch.
The washers are designed as per the dimensions of the SAE US “Imperial inches”, The washers are not metric.
For size details, check the dimensions.
Let the plate cool down completely prior to removing the kit plates or you will break the supports.
Included dimentions : 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", 9/16", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8" and 1" + us # 8, us #10 and us #12.
Printing options :
- Plate 1 : Kit plate washers design pre-attached with a size tag it. Detach and use. Thickness of 1/16 inch.
- Plate 2 : Individual washers, you can rescale them in "Z" for any thickness you want

Do you know this is one of my model that rarely not to say "never" get a BOOST? Does this means utility models like washers plates for makers like you and me are considered a “commodity” not worth a 5 stars and a BOOST to say thanks to the creator that gave it for free?
I stopped working on other types of plates because it's a lot of work to design and print test the kit plates, but unfortunately, this work is never BOOSTED.

Adapt the print to your material : TPU, PLA, PETG, ABS.
Printing: No support required, ready to print. Print profile is set to a circular motion (Archimed) that is usually noisy.
Reducing the speed helps the printer to render good parts and reduce the printing noise.
