Description
nexus · watering can and cup
this design comes in two variants, watering can (with a handle) and a smaller watering cup, in a modern minimalist style
important · make sure that:
- your filament is dry and calibrated so that it deals appropriately with the tolerances
- your build plate is properly clean so that there aren't adhesions issues and lifts during the print · if you usually experience issues with bed adhesion on your prints, enable a 5mm brim on the slicer
- handle is separate so that the model does not require any supports, and also allows you to print the handle in a different colour if you choose without multicolour waste
- the watering can handle as very tight tolerances (0.10mm) to slide into place - you insert it from the bottom side of the can and slide up. There is a pressure fit due to the small tolerances, however i highly recommend that you use glue to secure it into position
- both variants were tested and showed to be water tight with the settings on the 3mf files, also listed below
