Description
I printed the nuts using ABS-GF filament, but they should be compatible with other filament types as well. The print profile includes a complete set of four nuts: two with clockwise (CW) threading and two with counterclockwise (CCW) threading.
For best results:
- Ensure your filament's shrinkage compensation is properly calibrated before printing (I used 99.75% for Bambu ABS-GF Black).
- Print with a 0.08mm layer height for precise and clean threads.
- Print the parts sequentially to ensure optimal layer adhesion.
When assembling, apply moderate downward pressure while tightening the nuts.
