Cookie recipe used:

• 200 g (1 1/2 cups) flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 75 g (1/3 cup) margarine or unsalted butter
• 75 g (1/3 cup) sugar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 1 egg
• Bake 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F)
