Mobile Phone Camping Light

Intro

A simple cap that changes your mobile phone (or any other LED torch) into a CAMPING LIGHT.

The design was inspired by Japanese paper lamps.

The cap was designed as simple as possible, so it may be used in the most flexible way. Use the deepenings on the top to fix the cap with a rubber band, if necessary. But normally, you just place the cap on the LED light.

You could also use RED filament to create a romantic light ❤ or use a glow-in-the-dark filament to even more enhance the usability.

Recommended print settings

• 0.4mm nozzle
• 0.2mm layers
• Infill: 100%
• Seam: random
• Material: I recommend to use PLA or PETG (see below)

Print the cap with the closed side facing the print bed and the opening showing upwards. 

Filament recommendation

I used Prusament PLA Pristine White to print this model - It works great for this model. PETG is also a good choice.
