Quick and Minimalist 10g Calcium Chloride Desiccant Box for General Use

This desiccant box is suitable for all granular desiccants. For silica gel and molecular sieves, only the top two parts need to be printed. For calcium chloride desiccant, all three parts need to be printed.

Key features include fast printing (1 hour), low material consumption (less than 10g), easy desiccant replacement, and flexible use.

Compared to physical desiccants like molecular sieves, the calcium chloride desiccant may be slower and non-reusable, but its greatest advantage is its non-hygroscopic nature; moisture absorbed through chemical reactions generally will not release back as water molecules.

For physical desiccants, only print the open box and open lid.

Transparent PETG is recommended for printing to allow observation of the desiccant's status.

Size is freely scalable.

STEP files are provided for easy modification. A chamfer is added to the bottom for optimal placement within the desiccant container.

I initially created this desiccant box to be used with a container holder for rice storage; this holder weighs less than 23g.
