Flat Lego brick (1-stud wide, various lengths)

Here you will find various single-row flat building blocks compatible with standard plug-in systems. Due to various offsets in the CAD design, I achieved very good clamping performance for my building blocks with the stored profile on my printer using Bambu Lab PLA+ (both on the top and on the bottom) (a friend was able to reproduce this with the same profile and PETG)

For other sizes, just ask, or create them yourself using my OnShape design (see below)

The dimensions of the studs, bottom cylinders, and additional guiding structures on the inner wall can vary depending on the print profile, printer, and filament. For this reason, I have also created a test plate with different diameters that you can print with your setup and easily determine the appropriate diameter, at least for the studs

With the value thus determined (or simply the measured differences in diameters relative to your building blocks), you can create a copy of the CAD design in OnShape and easily specify the required diameter there. In addition to the diameter for adjusting the clamping properties, the number of required rows/columns of the block can also be easily specified here, and the corresponding model will be automatically generated
