Description

Tool creeper for holding tools, fasteners, parts, etc. while working under your vehicle. It has a main center tray for tools and larger things like oil filters, and it has a smaller tray on each side for smaller things like nuts/bolts, sockets, etc. It is designed to attach casters(linked below) with 4 M6 screws per caster. The M6 screws I used are 8mm in length, be sure not to use a screw longer than 10mm in length or it will bottom out on the outside holes and could potentially damage your print. Be sure not to run them down too tight. Just snug is all you need.

A clean bed is a must. This is definitely a good test of your bed adhesion. I maxed out the print bed to make the largest size creeper possible to fit more tools onto it. You will need to set your support style to snug or the supports will go beyond the build plate. Normal supports work best.

The model is designed to work with 2 inch, non brake swivel casters found here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HN0IA1U?ie=UTF8&th=1

Settings: 3 walls, 15% infill, snug supports

Love this thing, dude. Great print. Did a bit of customization and added larger wheels because my driveway sucks, but all in all dope print that I'll be using for a while. Great idea!

just printed this and it came out great, but what did you use to secure the thru holes for the casters. I see in your photos it looks like they might be threaded rivet type inserts for the screws?

There are no inserts. The holes are designed to be threaded. All you need is some M6 screws as stated in the description. Even if your holes did not come out threaded, the metal screws will thread into the plastic just fine.
