Praki Drybox Filament Feeder Lid with Cap
Print Profile(1)

Description
I needed an inexpensive drybox that I could both store filament in and directly print from due to my humid climate. Most the designs I found were for plastic cereal boxes but required drilling through the box to mount the spool holder and/or the filament feedthrough. LTNine remixed a replacement to the original lid for the PRAKI Cereal Containers that I could easily obtain through Amazon, with a threaded hole for PC4-M10 connector to push PTFE tube through. The lid has a filament stopper that allows access to the filament thru a PC4 fitting without opening the drybox and is capable of sealing the feedthrough airtight with a knurled cap when it is not in use.
The design was great, but I found that I was constantly dropping or losing both the filament stopper and cap during printing. I remixed the design to offer a place in the lid to both store the filament stopper and cap while actively printing directly from the drybox. Additionally, the nut for the PC4-M10 did not fit the pitch of the threads for the bowden tube connectors I had. I used the nut from this model to fit the PC4-10 connectors I had purchased from Amazon.
