This series features mechas inspired by mythical creatures from the Classic of Mountains and Seas. Other series include the Bagua Mechas (based on famous mountains and rivers from different provinces, such as Chaohu Lake, Mount Lishan, Badaling, and Namtso Lake) and Mythological Mechas (based on iconic figures such as Sun Wukong, Yang Jian, and the Bull Demon King).
The Shan Hai Jing series is further divided into multiple sub-series: Biomorphic Series, Mechanical Series, Fighter Series, Aircraft Series, Warship Series, Chariot Series, Tank Series, Multifunctional Engineering Vehicle Series, Rotating Armored Engineering Vehicle Series, Armored Engineering Truck Series, and more.
This model is the first in the ape mecha series.

Note: 1. If you cannot press the pieces by hand, you can print the tool hammer from the main page and gently tap it into the fastener.
2. It is best to apply glue or spray adhesive to the build plate to prevent printing failure. The primary cause of failed prints is an overly smooth build plate.
No supports are required for printing (add a brim if the base does not adhere well), and assembly requires no glue or hardware (apply firm pressure or gently tap with a small hammer if parts are tight). A highly convenient Chinese-style assembly model!
Zhuyan:
A creature from ancient Chinese mythology. It resembles an ape with white hair and red feet. Legend says that the appearance of this beast foreshadows great upheaval.
Four hundred li to the west is Xiaoci Mountain, where the upper slopes abound in white jade and the lower slopes in red copper. There is a beast there, shaped like an ape but with white hair and red feet, named Zhuyan. Its appearance presages great warfare.—Classic of Mountains and Seas, Western Mountains Classic
Design Concept:
Given the ape's long arms, the design incorporates movable articulated swing arms at the front, along with an ape-like face. The first model features the designation “Ⅰ”.
