15/04/2026 update v7:  Added new flat nozzle with V-notches - designed for applying silicone in two thin beads simultaneously. Flat tip approximately 10 mm wide. Available in 4 variants: 1 notch (one side), 2 notches (one side), 1 notch (both sides), 2 notches (both sides).  Thanks to @festayros for the request and feedback.

 

18/07/2025 update V6: Updated print profile has fixed the issue reported by @Brutalpule, where the 90-degree stronger nozzle couldn't be screwed in properly. Threads and clearance have been adjusted for a secure fit.

 

28/06/2025 update V5: I've uploaded an updated print profile for 90-degree nozzle (under the name 90 Degree Nozzle Stronger). Main print profile also was updated. This version features thicker walls to improve durability and better withstand pressure during use. Additionally, I adjusted the model's orientation on the build plate to ensure stronger layer bonding and minimize potential weak points. Thanks to user @Hakuna for reporting the issue with the original nozzle design.

 

28.05.2025 Update v4: added a new angled nozzle model - it's almost 45 degrees (more like 50°, but who's counting 😄). Perfect if you need a more diagonal application option!

 

14/05/2025 Update V3: added angled nozzle, updated description & photos, V1 & V2 profiles removed.

 

12/05/2025 Update V2: based on feedback from @Flame84 and @ME3DPrint

  • Increased overall size of the cap and nozzle models by approximately 2% to reduce stress and prevent cracking during use.
  • Improvements tested with Pattex, Soudal, and Mapei cartridges fand worked well.
  • Added a new short nozzle model for users who prefer a more compact option.
  • Improved models are available in the “Cap & Two Nozzles v2” profile.
