Description

Update 2025/02/17: I've made changes to the model to reduce the number of color changes and make the model ~0.5mm longer. The change in length makes it significantly easier to snap-on or later remove.

User Jackaxe_3 has a great label for the slim 5-compartment packout boxes; but their model intended for the 11-compartment boxes was too short for my slim 11-compartment packout's (48-22-8431) – so I remixed my own (which is slightly longer).

Like the original, I was able to print directly onto the bed of my P1S with no supports.

To Customize the Text:

Open/Download the file in Bambu Studio.
Select the Object View
Select the Text (I.e., “text_shape”)
Choose the Text Editor (the icon is in the top right)
Change the text in the “Input Text” box.

Fits like a glove. Printed well in PETG-HF. Suggestion, since I print a lot of face-down lettering I have found the "Arachne" wall generator and only one wall on the first layer settings work best for me. This is a well designed model. Thank you.

Thank you for this model, they all fit very well. I had one issue with one of my packout cases that was about 1mm wider then all the rest. Printed another piece and filed the packout case and the print fits perfectly. Thank you, very cool.

Was it a newer packout box, also was it purchased in North America or Europe? I have a theory there's been some variation potentially based on the region.

Hello thanks for the quick reply. Sorry maybe I need to add more details. Here, this was not your issue. Your file worked great on the full size cases. The issue I had was I modified the part to work on the smaller (1/2) size packouts. I have 5 of these smaller size boxes and 4 fit well with my shorten print, but one packout just had a slightly different dimension. All packouts were purchased with the last year n the US. Printed some of your other designs and they are awesome, really enjoy them. Thank you very much! I can delete my post if required. Sorry for the confusion, it was late last night when commented.

This seems to be too small also by 1-2mm. Also, the lettering doesn't seem to be centered unless I did something wrong.

They fit really tight, I had to really press firmly to pop them on. I'll experiment with making them a tiny bit longer. in the meantime you could scale it in bambu labs by maybe 1%. For the issue with the Text, was it vertical or horizontal alignment that was off? I find that depending on the length of text, sometimes it needs to be recentered in both directions -- when you select the text, there's a Yellow square you can grab with your cursor and move around as needed.

it looks like it will fit if I bend it the correct way but it just won't snap on. I think the issue with the text is when I switched it from X1 to my A1 it doesn't recenter the text which prints high on the item. I am doing a reprint at 156mm instead of 154mm and manually center the text. I'll see how this goes.
