Description

This model is a riser foot for the front end of a Zwift Ride trainer bike. I specifically designed this to level out my frame after printing someone else's tennis ball rocker feet for my Wahoo Kickr on the back end of my Zwift Ride. The tennis balls will raise the trainer and the rear end of your frame, so some kind of riser in the front can help level that out if you care to.

The profile I have uploaded is 0.28 mm Extra Draft quality since this is a very simplistic shape and will not generally be seen up close. Gyroid infill was used. Feel free to print with finer layers if you'd like, as they will also work great. I've tested the model many times and haven't had any trouble with durability at all, but please provided feedback! If you want, you could increase the wall thickness or infill percentages to increase strength, but I don't think it's needed.

Note that the tolerances were designed very tight. I placed the riser on my frame and then used a rubber mallet to seat it fully. If you want it to fit less tightly, please upscale the print in your slicer by a percent or two. Printer tolerances will also vary by user, so keep that in mind if this seems too tight or loose then adjust as needed. The total amount of filament needed for one print is very minimal, so it's not costly to test print this one. Fast print, too!

If there is any demand for varying riser heights, please just message me and I can upload different options. 35 mm just worked for me.
