Introducing pLanter - The Perfect Self-Watering Planter for Your Home or Office!

Simple, modern, and easy to use, pLanter is the ideal self-watering planter to add a touch of green to your spaces. Its minimalist design fits perfectly into any environment, making it perfect for your home or office.

Key Features:

  • Simple and modern design
  • Easy to print
  • Water level indicator with pointer for easy monitoring

Looks amazing! And TWO firsts for me - printed both plates simultaneously on side by side X1C printers, and 3/4 of the way through the print, the gray ran out and I had to replace Sunlu gray with Bambu gray. Hence the “two tone” look of the gray section. But I think it adds to the attractiveness of the planter. It’s going to be a present for my Mom’s birthday and she’s going to love it!

Hello! The pLanter V2 will be available for download again in a few days. I found a small issue with the float and am currently fixing it. I'll let you know as soon as I republish it.

Excellent design, but incorporating a linkage mechanism to raise the pointer would resolve the leakage issue👍

love this idea! only suggestion might be to adjust the angle of the float so full shows full with more margin to the hole for the needle to prevent leaking due to slight overfill.

I was looking for a self-watering planter and this one turned out really great. I like that it has a neat water level indicator, it will leak it filled above the max, so I like to fill a little below the max height. Also the first time I filled it up, the indicator didnt move until I gave it a gentle shake, but has since then worked well. I filled mine with leca as I am trying to go soil-less, and so far it has been nice. Printed in petg and no leaks as far as I can tell.

hi! I’m thinking of printing this and using just lecca as well. Any advice? is it still working well for you?

I used flex seal clear spray on the inside black part just to be extra safe. So far it has worked well with leca, just need to make sure to never fill it all the way to top because it will leak where the water indicator is. Other than that it has been nice. If you use leca, just make sure you are using a liquid fertilizer for nutrients.
