Battery Case Led Lenser P7

Presented here is a meticulously crafted battery compartment, a recreation of the LED Lenser P7’s original design. This was undertaken to address the recurring issue of breakage at the connection points of the standard compartment.

To ensure structural integrity, M2x2.5x3.2 melt nuts have been incorporated into the four apertures. The upper lid requires the use of M2x6mm cylindrical screws.

ABS filament was selected for printing due to PLA's inherent susceptibility to fracture.

I have recreated a battery compartment for a LED Lenser P7. The conventional compartment breaks at the connections.

I have inserted melting nuts M2x2.5x3.2 into the 4 openings and cylinder screws M2x6mm are needed in the upper cover.

It was printed in ABS because PLA breaks immediately.
