Print In Place Butt Hinge (Fusion 360 File Included)

General Info

• 3x M4 (countersunk) holes on each hinge side
• No supports needed
• 20.50mm on each side of the hinge

Models / Clearance

• 0.50MM_Print In Place Hinge.stl
  • Default is 0.50mm gap (should work on just about any printer).
• 0.25MM_Print In Place Hinge.stl
  • This has half the offset facing and hinge spacing as the 0.50mm model.

To Adjust Clearance (In Fusion 360)

• Open the .f3d file
• Open/Edit Hinge Geometry Sketch
• Edit the constraint (0.25mm in the example graphic below)
• Edit the face offsets (2) in the parametric timeline from 0.50m to 0.25mm (or other value)

• Export everything as Mesh (stl) and print it
