This clip fits standard dishwasher drain hoses (23 mm). There are two, countersunk holes for mounting (3 mm).
A nice, simple design.
This helped me easily/permanently fix an error on my Samsung dishwasher (the flashing “Heavy” light).
I printed mine in Bambu Black PETG HF filament. PLA would likely work just fine in most situations.
Take a look at the pictures… you can use this hose hanger to directly clip a dishwasher hose to almost any surface, OR you can use it like I did; to gently suspend the hose without the risk of sharply kinking it.
Suspending the hose:
Because I was using this inside of an enclosed, under-cabinet void-space, with a very limited length of hose, I needed to hack this solution a bit... so that the hose would remain suspended AFTER I slid the dishwasher back-in, close to the wall. I used this printed clip on the hose directly (upside down), then hooked a cheap bungee cord onto each side of the clip. A couple of inches of steel strapping anchors this hose-hanger assembly to the wooden sub-counter (above). I used 3 zap-straps (electrical ties) to connect the bungee cord to the steel strapping, then tightened the zap-straps until I had the desired amount of upwards force being applied to the hose.
While this might seem a bit elaborate, it was a relatively easy fix that I was able to install without disconnecting the dishwasher, using things I had laying around. I was *just* able to reach my arm into the dishwasher cavity far enough to connect everything up. The clip works great and I am not worried at all about the hose getting a sharp kink/bend.
