Description
We threw a birthday party for our nephew with a table of food and drinks themed off of the immortal Weird Al Yankovic UHF movie we were going to watch. We dont' go simple, so of course I had to recreate the iconic WHEEL OF FISH, to hold assorted Swedish Fish, shark gummies, and more.
To get a more satisfying spin and also guarantee that you always land directly on a fish, I've incorporated 8, 6x3 neodymium magnets on the wheel that give a satisfying click while spinning and a nice snap once the wheel stops. You obviously don't need the magnets, but if you're going to do it, go all out!
We have tested a lot of spins (light and aggressive) on the wheel and not yet had any fish go flying! We used the standard sized swedish fish and gummy sharks. I didn't test to see if the mini swedish fish will fit well.
**Please be careful when applying the fish to not push too hard on the points holding the fish. They will be sharp.
