Hello everyone! 👋

I designed this case because I never liked the original pendant-style design—it felt too obvious when worn around my neck. I wanted something more discreet and decided to encapsulate all the hardware into a watch form without requiring any modifications to the original hardware.

This case uses all the original Omi Dev Kit 2 components, and I built the design from scratch (measuring everything out was a pain, but worth it!). It features a magnet-based attachment system for the case lid, using 2x2 round magnets. You can grab the magnets here: AliExpress link.

The design is compatible with 22mm standard watch bands—I reused some extra bands from old Pebble watches, and they work perfectly!

If you'd like one, feel free to grab one from my store: PrintCraftCreations.com

Assembly and Printing Instructions:

  1. Print either version of the frame:
    • Version 1: Slight rounding at the bottom for added comfort.
    • Version 2: Standard flat-bottom design.
  2. Push the magnets into the 3 holes in the case or lid. These don’t need glue—you should be able to just push them in.
    • Important: Make sure your lid and case’s matching magnets attract! It’s a pain to switch polarity if they’re reversed.
  3. When assembling the clock:
    • It uses a CASIO F91W-1.
    • Dismantle the watch by unscrewing the back screws and removing the digital watch movement.
    • Fit the movement into the back of the rounded watch frame—it should snap right in.
  4. I’ll be including more lids in the future and plan to make the CASIO-specific lid more visually appealing. I also hope to incorporate the original faceplate for a cleaner look!

Enjoy and Support!
